Every PopOff, charm, topper, bookmark, and pocket-sized piece is checked before shipping for comfort, function, and everyday use.

What we check:

• Smooth edges and hand feel
• Keychain hardware connection
• Can opener fit on standard tabs
• Visible print quality
• Color and finish
• Packing condition before shipment

Because our items are small-batch 3D printed, slight color shifts, layer lines, and tiny variations may happen. That is part of the handmade magic, not a factory flaw.

• Do not leave in a hot car
• Not dishwasher safe unless specifically stated
• Wipe clean gently when needed
• Not intended for chewing
